With over 20 years of industry experience, Bojan has an in-depth understanding of managing pre-construction processes, scope evaluation, budgeting, site supervision and management of trades. He oversees the construction activities while leading clients through the complex design, permitting and execution.
Bojan Avramovic is a seasoned entrepreneur, president, and general contractor with over 20 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. He started his career as a union apprentice while earning Tarion-approved certificates including Ontario Building Code, Business and Financing Planning and Management, Site Supervisor, Project Management and Scheduling, and Legal Issues in Housing.
His passion and experience led him to take over the family-owned business and change its name to Deluxe Building Inc. in 2016 and it has since become a respected leader in the field well known in Mississauga, Burlington, Oakville, and other cities in the Greater Toronto Area. With a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality, Bojan has successfully managed the construction of many projects, including office buildings, shopping centers, and multi-unit residential developments. Bojan has become known for delivering projects on time, within budget and to the highest standards. With a focus on customer satisfaction and a drive to always exceed expectations, Bojan is a true asset to the construction industry.
